Description
Three bedroom static caravan.
Been used as site office
Has wood burning stove fitted to living area -
May suit someone looking for temporary accommodation during a build or as a site office, et cetera.
Good bits-
It’s free to collect
It’s watertight
It’s got double glazing and central heating (untested)
Bad bits -
Had a pipe burst last winter so floor in hall is very spongy!
Definitely needs flooring repaired/ replaced in hall way
Two areas of slight external damage which would be easily repaired. ( see photos )
Static is free unless you want to keep the stove installed in which case I need 300 quid.
You must arrange your own Haulage.
I cannot move the static for you I’m afraid
Static is located just outside Haddington
