A live in joint pub management couple is required to run the Linthorpe Hotel, The Crescent, Linthorpe, Middlesbrough TS5 6SQ. The Linthorpe Hotel is a busy pub, it is an attractive detached building surrounded by a large garden area and car park. The trade is wet only but there is potential for food.
£1,000 fidelity bond essential.
