We're looking for a Bar Manager with serious experience and serious passion to take charge of our bar and make it sing. You’ll be involved in everything from hiring, rotas, stock, training, and shaking up the good stuff.

What’s the gig?

Running the bar like a pro — team, stock, service, health & safety, the lot, Helping craft a drinks list Keeping things tight and tidy behind the scenes Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service Supervise, train and foster a positive team environment Being the energy, the vibe, the calm in the chaos

What you’ll need:

Bar management experience — we mean it
Barista experience is a plus, contributing to a well-rounded skill set in beverage service
A cool head and warm energy
Confidence with ordering, rotas, stock takes & systems
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on training and developing staff members.
A passion for hospitality and high standards Flexibility — evenings, weekends, and big nights

Bartender Overview

Do you mix, shake, pour, and serve with flair? Can you bring the vibe while keeping your cool?

We’re looking for bartenders who love the pace of service, take pride in their craft, and know how to make every guest feel welcome. You’ll be the face of the drinks, the heart of the floor, and the person who keeps things flowing.

Serving up exceptional drinks with style and speed
Creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
Keeping the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked
Supporting the team during busy shifts
Maintaining high standards in presentation and service
Staying sharp on menus, specials, and allergens
Pitching in with setup, breakdown, and side tasks

What you’ll need:

Proven experience working a busy bar
Cocktail knowledge (shaking, stirring, free-pouring — you know the drill)
Great communication and teamwork
Calm under pressure, fast on your feet
A love of good hospitality and better drinks
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and the unexpected
