Description
Rota Nanny/PA – 7 Days On / 7 Days Off
Location: Wimbledon, London
Salary: £80,000 gross per annum
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (live-in during working week)
Start date: ASAP
A warm and organised family in Wimbledon are looking for a capable rota Nanny/PA to support their school-aged children and assist with the smooth running of the household. The role combines hands-on childcare with family PA duties, so they are seeking someone who can balance nurturing care with strong administrative skills.
The children are active, sociable, and busy with school and after-school commitments, so the nanny/PA should be confident managing schedules, helping with homework, coordinating activities, and promoting a calm, positive routine. A proactive, structured approach will suit this family well.
Alongside childcare, responsibilities will include family diary management, organising appointments, liaising with schools and tutors, occasional errands, and ensuring day-to-day logistics run efficiently. Clear communication and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and household staff are essential.
There are no pets in the home. Excellent English and a professional, reliable manner are required. The family are interviewing now and hope to find someone who can start soon.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced rota nanny/PA who enjoys working in a well-organised, supportive household.
