Description
Stylish quality set of a milk / cream jug and sugar bowl by WMF in good condition. Both have a handle marked with N (nickel based silver plated exterior), g (gold/gilt interior) and the WMF stamp for 1910- 1925ish (clear topped beehive with the ostrich & WMF within a rhombus).
With classic Deco style double lined handles, bun feet, bulbous form and detailed rims, these are a large pair weighing 349g & 275g. The approximate measurements in centimetres are: jug 14.5 l x 8.5 w x 9.5 h; and bowl 17 l x 10 w x 10 h. With good gilt interiors for hygiene and so taste isn't tainted, this is a useable classy pair.
