Property Viewing Assistant – Freelance | Flexible Hours (Mon–Sat)
We are looking for a reliable and well-presented Property Viewing Assistant to support our property business by conducting viewings on our behalf.
Role Responsibilities:
Attend pre-booked property viewing appointments (Mon–Sat)
Welcome potential tenants/buyers and show them around the property
Answer basic questions about the property (full brief provided before each viewing)
Provide feedback and updates after each appointment
Requirements:
Excellent communication and people skills
Professional presentation and punctuality
Reliable transport (preferred)
Ability to follow instructions and represent our brand positively
Position Details:
Freelance/contractor basis
Flexible hours based on bookings
Paid per appointment
Must drive
Ideal role for someone friendly, organised and confident speaking with the public. Experience in property or customer-facing roles is a bonus but not essential.
