Insurance Renewals Consultant

Location: Poole, Dorset

Hours: 37 ½ hours per week, Monday - Friday –9.00am- 5.15pm

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 (D.O.E)

We're looking for an Insurance Renewals Consultant to join a leading insurance group based in Branksome, Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is looking to become an expert in the non-standard and single article insurance market.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Client Renewals: Taking existing customers through their renewal journey, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring high client retention.

* Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Working with a panel of insurers to negotiate terms and prices to find the best solution for clients.

* Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and insurers.

* Compliance: Adhering to core compliance and FCA regulations.

* Administration: Managing a pipeline of existing clients, processing policy adjustments, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

We're searching for a confident, professional, and adaptable individual with excellent organisation and time management skills. You should be a problem-solver who can multitask and manage your own time effectively, while also being a strong team player.

Training and Support:

Full training will be provided, with ongoing support to help you become an expert in the field. The company encourages and supports employees to complete their CERT CII Insurance qualification within their first two years.
