What you'll be doing

Day-to-day accounts maintenance, invoice processing, and reconciliationsTracking purchase orders and supplier invoicesSupporting accounts payable, including payment runsSetting up new customer accounts and managing direct debitsProcessing expenses and paymentsManaging the accounts inbox and resolving supplier queriesAssisting with credit control and updating suppliers on paymentsWorking cross-functionally with other teams to resolve queries quickly and accurately

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant roleConfident using Xero and ExcelExcellent communication skills - written, verbal, and over the phoneStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skillsA friendly, proactive approach and a genuine team player
