We're looking for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join our team in Manchester. You'll support clients with payroll queries, make sure everything runs smoothly, and help resolve any complex issues.

Main duties:

Handle payroll queries from clients by phone and emailGive clear advice on payroll processes and legislationResolve complex payroll issues and follow cases through to completionKeep accurate records of all advice and actionsStay up to date with payroll rules and best practicesBuild strong relationships with clients and provide great service

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a payroll roleGood understanding of UK payroll and tax regulationsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsGood attention to detail and accuracyFriendly, professional attitude and a focus on great customer service
