There are no seller fees or costs when using payments on Gumtree.
How the fee is calculated
The Buyer Protection fee is applied at checkout and consists of:
- A flat fee of £0.70
- Plus a variable fee of the item price of between 5% – 10%, depending on the value and category of the item.
Delivery is always charged to the buyer and automatically calculated depending on the item, the buyer’s address and seller’s address.
