Funds are released to the seller’s bank account when either:
1) The buyer confirms that they are happy with their item, or
2) 48 hours have passed since the carrier confirmed delivery, or 48 hours have passed since the buyer collected the item from the designated Pick Up Point/Locker, and no dispute has been raised by the buyer in that time.
