Sellers need to add their bank account details before accessing the pre-paid delivery label for an item and receiving funds from completed orders.
Funds will be automatically released 48hrs after the carrier confirms delivery of the item, or 48 hours have passed since the buyer collected the item from the designated Pick Up Point/Locker, and if the buyer hasn’t reported an issue. This will arrive in the seller’s bank account and can take up to 2-3 days to clear.
