Sellers must add their bank details to their account to receive payments. Once an item is collected or marked as complete, funds will automatically be transferred to the seller’s bank account.
Setting Up Your Payment Details on web
Sign into your account by clicking Login
- Select Menu
- Select My Details
- Select Manage Payment
- Select + Add bank account
- Add bank account details
– Account holder’s full name
– Account number
– Sort code - Select Save bank account
- You will then be directed through to our official payment supplier – Mangopay verification setup process, where further details are needed, such as; D.O.B, Address, Nationality and setting up a 2FA, digit pin for extra security.
Your Bank account has now been added.

- Select Payments
- Select + Add bank account
- Add bank account details

Update or Change details
Delete the existing account by clicking the bin icon and complete the setup process again with your new information.
