Alexandros and his team at Naterra have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They handled the full refurbishment of our little flat in Chelsea - from plastering and painting to the woodwork and all the installations, with exceptional professionalism and care. Their standards are incredibly high, their attention to detail is superb, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They went above and beyond! Project: remove wallpaper, plaster, paint. 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge, 1 hallway. Overall satisfied. Pros: 1. Workers are clean. 2. Quality of the product was good. 3. Hungry for more work. Cons: I reflected they could improve on client communication and they accepted. They will improve on that.
