The stretchy fabric makes it ideal for the beach and travel. Nice enough for evenings out too.
Plenty of width at the bottom allows for freedom of movement.
Front drawstring can bring more gather and shape under the breast - or be loosened if desired.
I think the dress would also fit size 10, but please check measurements.
