Join the Team at Greens and Beans – Supervisor Role in Holborn!

We’re Greens and Beans, a fresh and friendly new café in the heart of Holborn. We serve brilliant coffee and tasty takeaway meals, and we’re building a warm, enthusiastic team to bring our new space to life.

We’re currently hiring a full-time Supervisor – someone who will lead the team while being hands-on across the café. This is a fantastic chance to join a new business from days and grow very quickly into an Assistant Manager role.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Supervisor, you’ll lead by example and be involved in all aspects of café life, including:

Ensuring food safety and hygiene practices
Supporting and guiding the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Assemble simple, fresh takeaway meals (bowls, sandwiches, etc.)
Serving food and drinks to customers with a friendly attitude
Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks (full training provided)
Helping keep the café clean, tidy, and welcoming
Supporting the kitchen and counter as needed

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, reliable, and hands-on team players
A good work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
Flexible, full-time availability (including some weekends and bank holidays)
An interest in food, coffee, and delivering excellent customer service
At least 3 years experience in hospitality is ideal, but we provide full training
