We’re looking for a reliable, hard‑working Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant to join our small, friendly and family team.

We’re a small, close‑knit kitchen where everyone supports each other. Because our space is compact, this role involves helping across different areas ; from pot wash and cleaning to simple prep and keeping the kitchen organised. We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a tight team, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.

Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential, we are looking for a positive attitude and willingness to learn person.

This role is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly, supporting our chefs, and helping us deliver great food with care and consistency.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and safe throughout service

• Operate the dishwasher and manage cleaning routines

• Assist with basic food preparation when required (chopping, portioning, organising ingredients)

• Help with Starters and Side Dishes

• Support chef with any additional tasks to ensure smooth service
