We are Food in the Park - an award-winning and very popular, UNIQUE Fish and Chip and Pizza Restaurant/Take-Away and Bar in gorgeous Highland Perthshire, Scotland!

We're looking for TWO flexible, seasonal, hard-working, friendly and dedicated All-Round Caterers, Servers and Bar Staff to join our team from March to October 2026! Guaranteed work all season. Accommodation is in a tourer, so applications from couples would be best – but we WILL look at applications from individuals too.

The business consists of a Take Away with seating areas (Cafe, Fish and Chip shop, Pizzas) and a large, unique, covered alfresco Bar and courtyard. Staff at Food in the Park do not have set roles, we love our staff to get involved in all aspects of the business so that no two days are the same. You might be taking food orders at the til one minute and helping on the Bar another, so we welcome applications from true 'All-Rounders' who like to get stuck in to all aspects of catering and hospitality work and work as part of our close team!

We are open from 12pm until 8pm every day all season, so no really late nights or early morning shifts and at LEAST a day and a half off in succession each week! We can also be flexible with days off so that if you are a couple you can take your time off together in this stunning part of the country.

Duties would include (but are not limited to):

Taking orders and serving customers in our Take Away
Making Pizzas and helping to prepare other food items in our open kitchen
Taking cash and card payments
Making and serving hot drinks
Serving behind the bar
Cleaning before, during and after service
Inputting ideas into fortnightly team meetings
Helping with Social Media and other promotional activities
Assistance with Food Hygiene systems (depending on experience/training)

The ideal candidate would have:

Experience of working in a similar catering environment, although this is not essential as full and comprehensive training will be given
Food Hygiene Certificate Level 1 or above (although this is also not essential as full training can be offered to achieve this qualification)
A 'can-do' and 'don't need to be asked' attitude!
Good stamina
A friendly and helpful manner with customers
No issues with working front of house in front of customers all the time (we have an open plan cooking and serving area!)
