We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Barista / Front of House Team Member to join our growing café team. This role is perfect for someone who loves great coffee, enjoys customer interaction, and thrives in a busy café environment.

Job Details:

4–5 days per week (including weekends)

Full-time position

£12.50–£14.00 per hour (depending on experience and responsibilities taken on)

Tips shared daily among staff, prorated based on hours worked

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot drinks

Take customer orders and process payments

Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service

Serve food and drinks to tables

Keep front of house areas clean, organised, and well stocked

Support the kitchen and wider team when needed

Requirements:

Previous barista and/or hospitality experience preferred

Passion for coffee and customer service

Ability to work well under pressure

Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude

Willingness to learn and develop skills
