Description
We are looking for reliable and hardworking team members to join our busy team at 365 Smash Burger in Bicester.
Positions available:
– Burger Maker / Grill
– Front of House / Waitress
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role, ideal for someone who is proactive and enjoys working as part of a team.
Duties include:
– Cooking burgers and working on the grill
– Serving customers and taking orders
– Keeping tables and service areas clean
– Supporting the kitchen with basic tasks when needed
– Assisting with stock checks and date rotation
– Maintaining high cleanliness standards across all areas
This is not just one role – we are looking for team players who are happy to help across the business.
Requirements:
– Positive attitude and strong work ethic
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
– Reliable and punctual
– Experience preferred but not essential (training)
💷 Pay: £10.50 – £14 per hour
