Location: Welham Green Basis: Permanent Hours: Mon - Thurs 07:30 - 16:30 & Fri 07:30 - 12:30 Salary: GBP30K Main Responsibilities as a Stores Supervisor Follow written schedules to manage daily tasks and production supportPrioritise tasks based on urgency and business needsPrepare and dispatch orders to customers or internal departments, ensuring timely deliveryProvide updates and feedback to management on warehouse performance and challengesUse pallet trucks to move palletised goods, operating reach trucks as requiredCommunicate effectively with other members of the company and external suppliers and customersMaintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and safety in the warehouseWork independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment Main Requirements needed as a Stores Supervisor Experience in warehouse and stock managementStrong attention to detailPrevious experience working in a Quality driven environment to ensure stock is traceable and transacted correctlyReach truck qualified (desirable)PC literateStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive problem solverAbility to work to deadlines, with strong time management skills Company Benefits Opportunities for progression25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysLife insurance following probationary periodFree parking Please apply within.
