Job Title: Parking Representation Officer (Sc6/SO1)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Parking Representation Officer to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As a Parking Representation Officer (Sc6/SO1), you will play a crucial role in investigating and responding to challenges, representations, and appeals related to Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs), vehicle removals, and Fixed Penalty Charge Notices (FPNs) in line with Lambeth policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and respond to all challenges, representations, and appeals received at all stages of the statutory process

• Produce high-quality responses to meet productivity targets and adhere to strict deadlines

• Weigh up evidence and make balanced judgments in each case

• Ensure all work is produced to a consistently high standard

• Provide expert advice and guidance on parking-related matters
