About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and professional Minibus Driver to join our Estates Team. Working Monday to Friday, you will transport pupils to and from school and school activities, ensuring a safe, punctual, and friendly service.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, safeguarding, and vehicle care, while representing the school in a professional manner at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport pupils on designated routes and school activitiesCarry out daily vehicle checks and basic weekly maintenance checksEnsure vehicles are clean, safe, and roadworthyMaintain accurate passenger registers and transport recordsMonitor routes, traffic conditions, and delaysPromote positive pupil behaviour and ensure safety at all timesReport incidents, delays, or vehicle faults promptlyComply with all road safety, safeguarding, and health & safety regulationsPerson Specification

Valid D1 or PCV driving licencePrevious minibus driving experience preferredStrong understanding of road safety and complianceReliable, punctual, and professionalCalm and confident when working with childrenCommitted to safeguarding and pupil welfareFlexible and a team playerWhat We Offer
