EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER

£14.00 per hour | Streatham, London SW16

Revive is partnering with an established early years setting in Streatham to recruit a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team.

Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to children's lives?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and committed practitioner to join a warm, supportive and professional team.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for children.

You will:

* Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children

* Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS

* Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities

* Follow children's individual interests and support their development

* Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues

* Observe, assess and record children's progress

* Support children's emotional wellbeing, confidence and independence

* Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

* Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care and professionalism

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

* Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent recognised qualification

* Passionate about working with young children

* Warm, caring and enthusiastic

* Creative and able to provide engaging learning experiences

* Reliable and committed to their role

* A strong team player with excellent communication skills

* Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare

* Keen to develop their skills and progress within the Early Years sector

Training & Career Development

You will receive a full induction, ongoing support from the senior team and clear opportunities for career development and progression.

Salary & Benefits

£14.00 per hour

* 32–40 hours per week

* Full-time: 5 days per week

* Part-time: 4 days per week

* Working hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm

* 28 days' holiday, including Bank Holidays, based on a 40-hour week
