Are you a fully qualified HGV Fitter/Mechanic/Technician living in the Matlock or surrounding area looking for a workshop based role?
Are you looking for a Monday to Friday, 6:00am 3:00pm day shift role?
Permanent, Full–time role, 40 hours per week, Salary up to GBP41,000p/a
The role of the HGV Technician:
You will be working on a variety of tractor units, municipals, RCV s, sweepers, dust carts, gritters, the odd tanker and tanker unit. You will be carrying out inspections and general maintenance to a diverse fleet and you can expect to be situated in a positive and vibrant working environment.
Responsibilities of a HGV Technician (but is not limited to):
Routine (and preventative) maintenanceMOT preparationScheduled servicing to DVSA standards6 (or 8) weekly inspectionsCorrection of running defects Requirements for this HGV Technician position:
Fully qualified (City & Guilds), NVQ or equivalent.Additional accreditations such as IRTEC or an EV qualification would be desirable but not essential.
