Description
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced DFG Case Worker to join a local authority in the East Midlands on an initial 3-month contract, with a lucrative day rate on offer.
This is a full-time (37 hours/week) hybrid role - just 2 days per week on-site, with the rest from home - and an immediate start is available.
Key Details:
Role: DFG Case Worker
Location: East Midlands (2 days on-site, 3 remote)
Contract: Initial 3 months (with strong extension potential)
Hours: 37 per week, full-time
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Lucrative (negotiable based on experience)
Responsibilities include:
Managing Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) applications
Supporting vulnerable clients through the adaptations process
Liaising with Occupational Therapists, Surveyors, and Housing Teams
Ensuring timely processing of grants and compliance with council policy
