The Role:

We're looking for a Fulfilment 3PL Account Manager to manage key customer accounts (worth over 2 million) at our Southam Fulfilment Centre. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring everything runs smoothly from goods coming in and out, to invoicing, planning, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the main contact for key clients, ensuring a top–quality serviceManage customer orders, deliveries, and systemsHandle weekly invoicing and cost trackingSupport the rollout of new systems to improve operationsWork with the planning team to meet delivery deadlinesLook for ways to grow revenue by offering additional servicesHelp set and manage pricing to improve profitsTake part in team meetings and company workshopsWhat They Are Looking For:
