Excellent opportunity for a qualified Bench Joiner to join a well-established construction company based in Swindon.

The Company

They are a family-run Joinery, Fit Out and M&E company with over 50 years of experience, delivering high-quality projects for prestigious clients such as Harrods, British Airways, Disney and many more. They specialise in bespoke joinery and high-end cabinetry, and our projects have high quality standards and tight deadlines.

We’re seeking a skilled Bench Joiner to join their friendly Joinery Department at their workshop in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that values craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail.

What You’ll be Doing

Producing high-quality joinery items to detailed drawings and specifications.
Using a wide range of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and finishing techniques.
Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
Collaborating with colleagues across the joinery team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Bench Joiner with a recognised joinery qualification. Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a joinery workshop.
Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
A self-motivated, reliable team player with a commitment to high standards.

Hours, Pay and Benefits

Competitive hourly rate dependant on experience
40 hour per week with opportunity for overtime 25 days holiday per year plus 8 statutory/public holidays (including company Christmas shutdown).

Pension: Enrolment into the Company pension scheme (NEST).
Additional benefits include sick pay (SSP), family leave entitlements, and training/development opportunities.
