Supply Desk are on the lookout for a superstar School Receptionist to join a wonderful client school in Cardiff — and we need you to start yesterday (or at least, very soon!)

About the Role:

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill admin gig. As the friendly face of the school office, you’ll be:

Greeting visitors, parents, and pupils (with a warm Shwmae!)

Handling phone and email enquiries like a pro

Keeping things ticking with attendance records, registers, and school data systems

Supporting staff and senior leaders with daily admin duties

Keeping the school calendar in check and the photocopier stocked (yes, it’s part of the magic)

You’ll Need To:

Be fluent in Welsh (spoken and written)

Have top-notch admin and organisational skills

Be confident, approachable, and happy to muck in

Hold (or be happy to get) an Enhanced DBS – we can help with that!

Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willing to register
