Supervise pupils with SEND ensuring their safety and ability to access learning activities and understand the information presented.Build a trusting relationship with all pupils and communicate according to their understanding.Promote class interaction and ensure pupils engage throughout the lessons.Create a purposeful, orderly, and supportive environment.Assist with the display of pupils' work and the planning of learning activities.Assist pupils with practical activities using a variety of teaching aids.Under the guidance of teaching staff, provide feedback to pupils, parents, and carers about their progress, achievements, and any problems that may have arisen.Follow child protection, health, safeguarding, security, confidentiality, and reporting any concerns to the appropriate person.Accompanied teaching staff and pupils on school trips, taking responsibility for a group of pupils under the teacher's supervision when needed. Your primary requirements to get cleared for this role:

An Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get a new one.Eligibility to work in the UK. (Essential)Previous experience in Schools preferred.2 relevant professional referencesAdapt to the needs of the students in a professional and courteous manner.
