We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join an innovative team. In this vital role, you'll provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with Special Educational Needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Roles and Responsibilities Provide in-class support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs, including those with physical, learning, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.Work closely with the class Teacher and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs).Adapt learning materials and activities to meet the specific needs of students.Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.Assist with personal care and mobility as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. What We're Looking For Experience: Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs in an educational setting is essential.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.Attributes: Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the development of every child.Qualifications: A relevant Teaching assistant qualification or a degree in a related field is highly desirable.Commitment: A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
