About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant / Sports Coach, you will work closely with teachers and students across various schools in Billericay, providing support both academically and through sports–based activities. Your role will be to encourage student engagement, promote physical well–being, and help create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the classroom teacher with lesson delivery and student supervisionAssisting students with their learning, particularly in PE and sports–related activitiesOrganizing and coaching sports sessions and extracurricular activitiesEncouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence among studentsMonitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachersPromoting a safe and inclusive environment for all students What We re Looking For:

Previous experience working with children or young people (preferred)A passion for sports and physical educationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, proactive, and enthusiastic attitudeAbility to adapt to different school environments and age groupsRelevant sports coaching qualifications or experience are desirable What We Offer:
