Supply Teacher – Flexible Work (Fareham)

Academics are currently recruiting Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Portsmouth. This role offers excellent flexibility, whether you are looking for consistent full–time work or the ability to choose assignments that fit around your schedule.

Work is available on a day–to–day and long–term basis, with typical school hours of 8:30am to 3:30pm. Daily rates range from 130 to 150 depending on experience, subject specialism, and the nature of the booking.

You will be delivering pre–set lessons, maintaining classroom standards, and ensuring pupils remain engaged in their learning. The schools we partner with are supportive and well–organised, allowing you to focus on teaching without the additional pressures often associated with permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering pre–planned lessons across a variety of subjectsManaging classroom behaviour in line with school policiesKeeping pupils engaged and on task throughout the lessonProviding clear feedback to the school following each assignmentAdapting quickly to different school environments and age groupsRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentRecent experience teaching within UK schoolsStrong behaviour management and classroom presenceFlexibility, reliability, and a professional attitudeWhat We Offer:
