About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SENDCo to lead the school's inclusive provision. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and making a real difference in children's lives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the provision for pupils with SEND, including those with EHCPs and SEN support plansCoordinate assessments, reviews, and personalised learning plansGuide and support staff in delivering high-quality inclusive teachingStrengthen the school's Inclusion strategy and ensure compliance with the SEND Code of PracticeBuild strong partnerships with families and external professionalsEnsure pupil voice is central to decision-making and support planningWhat We're Looking For
