The Job:

As an SEN support professional, you’ll be at the heart of helping young people thrive—working with pupils who have special educational needs across both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Your role will involve building strong, trusting relationships with students, offering tailored support in both one-to-one sessions and small group settings. You’ll be there to help them engage with the curriculum, grow in confidence, and break through barriers to learning. A calm, steady presence and a commitment to making a real difference in the lives of SEN pupils are key to success in this role.
