The Role – SEMH Mentor

A SEMH school in Haringey is seeking a committed Mentor to support KS3 and KS4 students. You’ll work 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils manage behaviour, build self-esteem, and develop coping strategies. The role requires patience, consistency, and the ability to motivate students through restorative approaches and positive role modelling. Previous experience in SEMH, youth work, or mentoring is highly desirable.
