We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is completing their PGCE/School Direct (or recently qualified)

Has strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

Has high expectations and a commitment to inclusive education

Is reflective, ambitious and keen to develop rapidly
