FIND are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well established and growing Training provider to hire a Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Tutor.

Based from home with some occasional travel to visit apprentices in their workplace setting, the successful candidate will deliver Level 3 & 5 Apprenticeships to learners in the Residential Childcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with employers and learners to deliver high–quality teaching and learning. Deliver qualifications across a range of programme levels where occupationally competent, in accordance with quality processes and in line with our continuous Improvement strategy. Meeting KPIs set for starts, progression, timely achievement, leavers and customer satisfaction in line with quality, compliance and financial targets. Be proficient in the use of electronic portfolio systems to record learner interventions, reviews, upload work, and all required off–the–job training, maintaining learner information, ensuring quality and integrity of data, which is accurately recorded and submitted efficiently, to regulatory requirements. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Core Competencies

L5 sector Professional qualification – EG: NVQ diploma at Level 4/5 in Residential Childcare CAVA/D32/33/A1 or equivalent training/assessment related qualification or willingness to work towards Occupational experience within the industry of Residential Childcare Company Benefits:
