Nursery Teaching Assistant

Full Time Position

Monday to Friday (Part time and full time available)

Tradewind are currently recruiting for a Nursery Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse to work in a small nursery located in Stretford, Trafford.

The role is available ASAP and is on an ad hoc basis. You will be working between 8:00am-5:00pm five days a week, depending on the shifts offered.

As a Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse, you'll be responsible for supporting the learning and development of young children aged 0-3 years. You'll be working alongside experienced staff to create a fun, engaging and nurturing learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

Assisting with planning and delivering activities and lessons

Building positive relationships with parents and carers

Supporting children with their personal care needs

Keeping records of children's progress and development

Contributing to the smooth running of the nursery.Benefits of working with us:

NVQ level 2 qualification or equivalent qualification

Experience of working with Early Years children

Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment
