Midday Supervisory Assistant (MSA) - 5 days per week - £14.50 per Hour - Paid Weekly

Start Date: Monday 14th April (After Easter)

Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded one form-entry primary school, who are seeking a dedicated and reliable Midday Supervisory Assistant (MSA) to join their team immediately after the Easter break.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive school community where pupils are well-behaved, staff are supportive, and safeguarding is a top priority.

The Role:

As a Midday Supervisory Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period. Duties will include:

Supervising children in the dining hall, playground, and other school areas

Encouraging positive play and social interaction

Supporting pupils with their lunchtime routines

Managing behaviour in line with school policies

Ensuring the health and safety of all pupils at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience working with children (school-based or similar)

Be approachable, patient, and enthusiastic

Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills

Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Be reliable and punctual
