Description

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and people-focused Kia Academy Coordinator to support the delivery of our national training programmes for the Kia dealer network. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our product, sales, and aftersales training runs smoothly, our systems are accurate and up to date, and our dealer partners receive the support they need to grow their skills and knowledge.

What You’ll Do:

* Coordinate training activity for the Kia dealer network, including booking delegates, preparing attendance lists, arranging lunches, and supporting on-site training days.

* Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, and chat, and making outbound calls to promote course participation.

* Support both Technical and Non-Technical training programmes, including preparing reports, booking courses, arranging materials, and issuing joining instructions.

* Complete monthly KPI reporting, including utilisation analysis, NPS results, and online training completion rates.

* Maintain accurate LMS data, including dealer staff information, course schedules, and compliance with GDPR.

* Monitor and update Kia Academy website content, uploading eLearning modules, and supporting troubleshooting and issue resolution.

* Deliver 1:1 online training sessions for new dealers/users on Academy systems and e-learning.

* Work closely with internal departments, the Kia dealer network, and external suppliers to ensure a seamless training experience.

* Support the wider Academy team with additional tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

* Educated to GCSE level or above.

* Previous experience in administration or customer-focused roles is desirable.

* Strong communication skills with a confident, courteous telephone manner.

* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

* Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

* Self-motivated, reliable, and confident working independently.

Your Package Includes:

* Salary: up to £27,000 per annum

* Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30–17:00 (37.5 hrs/week)

* Annual Leave: Starting at 25 days + bank holidays (including a 3-day Christmas shutdown)
