· An understanding of safeguarding practices and the challenges facing young people and families.

· A full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous.

We Offer

· The opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people and their families.

· A supportive and welcoming school community.

· Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

· Access to employee wellbeing initiatives.

· A collaborative and dedicated staff team committed to student success.
