Description
Fairhaven Property Group is seeking an HR Advisor to provide practical, consistent people support across its London operations.
You will advise managers on employee relations, attendance, performance and family-leave matters; prepare accurate letters and case records; support recruitment and onboarding; and contribute to policy and process improvements. You will also use HR data to identify themes and help managers take timely action.
The successful candidate will have solid UK employment-practice knowledge, experience managing a varied case load and the confidence to balance commercial needs with fair process. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is preferred.
