As an Early Years Educator (EYE), you’ll:

Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework

To succeed as an Early Years Educator (EYE), you’ll bring:

A Level 3 Early Years qualification (will also accept a Level 2 who wants to gain their level 3 qualification)

Experience working within an Outstanding EYFS setting

A strong commitment to championing children’s rights and wellbeing

Creativity, enthusiasm and empathy in your teaching approach

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
