Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Primary School (Full-Time)

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire

Salary: £140 - £175 per day

Start Date: September

Contract Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued partner primary schools in Coalville for an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team on a full-time basis from September.

You'll benefit from working alongside experienced staff who are committed to helping you build confidence, refine your teaching practice, and establish yourself as a successful primary educator.

The role may involve teaching within EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, depending on your strengths and the needs of the school.

What You'll Be Doing:

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom where pupils feel motivated to achieve.

Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting lessons where appropriate.

Promote positive behaviour and maintain high expectations in the classroom.

Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, and senior leaders.

Take an active role in school life and continue developing your teaching practice through ongoing feedback and support.

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Is an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to secure a rewarding full-time teaching role.

Has a genuine enthusiasm for inspiring and educating young learners.

Is organised, reflective, and eager to develop professionally.

Demonstrates strong communication and classroom management skills.

Is adaptable, resilient, and committed to providing high-quality education.

Enjoys working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
