Deputy Nursery Manager – Roehampton – ASAP / September Start

A welcoming and well–established nursery in Roehampton is seeking an experienced and confident Deputy Nursery Manager to join their leadership team. The position is available on either a 4 or 5 day per week basis, with flexibility for an immediate start or September 2026 start.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner ready to take the next step into leadership, or an established Deputy Manager looking for a supportive and well–run setting.

The Role

Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Early Years essential (must be recognised as full and relevant in line with DfE staff:child ratios)Previous nursery leadership or senior practitioner experience preferredStrong understanding of the EYFS frameworkConfident leading a team and supporting staff performanceExcellent communication and organisational skillsA caring, proactive and professional approach
