Daily Supply SEN Teaching Assistant - Newham

Location: Newham

Pay: £95-£115 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract: Flexible, daily supply

We're looking for dedicated and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of schools in Newham. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy variety and want to make a real difference supporting pupils with special educational needs in different classroom environments.

The Role:

Provide in-class and 1:1 support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.

Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to individual needs.

Promote a positive, supportive and safe learning environment.

Build effective relationships with pupils and staff to encourage confidence and progress.

Adapt quickly to new school settings and routines as part of flexible daily supply work.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school environment is highly desirable.

A caring, proactive and flexible approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reliability and confidence when working in new settings.
