Salary: £100 - £110 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract: Day-to-Day Supply, Full time/Part time

Job Summary:

In this role, you will manage classrooms during teachers' absences, helping students stay focused and engaged while ensuring the learning environment is calm and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Cover Supervisor, your main tasks will include:

Supervising pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers.

Supporting students to complete their work and stay on track.

Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a productive environment.

Building positive relationships with students and staff.

Reporting back to teaching staff about class performance.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed as a Cover Supervisor, you should have:

A proactive and adaptable approach to managing classrooms.

Excellent behaviour management skills to ensure a smooth learning experience.

Strong Maths and English skills (essential).

A passion for education and supporting students’ growth.

Previous classroom or youth work experience is beneficial but not required.
