Description

Humly is recruiting Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Carlisle, providing classroom cover across a range of subjects.

These roles are ideal for individuals with experience working with young people who are confident managing a classroom environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Supervising classes during teacher absence

* Delivering pre-set work and maintaining classroom routines

* Managing behaviour and ensuring pupils remain on task

* Supporting pupils with learning activities

* Providing consistent classroom supervision

What You’ll Bring

* Experience working with children or young people

* Confidence managing a classroom environment

* Strong communication and behaviour management skills

* A calm and professional approach

* Education or coaching experience is beneficial

Pay Structure

* From £115 per day
