Purpose

The Construction Tutor will plan for, teach and support learners to complete their Level 1 Construction related qualifications and employability. You will play a vital role in teaching, assessing and evaluating the competence and knowledge of our learners seeking employment within a Construction setting.

To deliver high–quality, remote and classroom–based construction training as part of a Skills contract, supporting learners to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to enter employment in the construction sector.

The role focuses on engaging individuals facing barriers to work, enabling progression into construction roles or apprenticeships.

The successful candidate must have experience of working and delivering training within a Construction environment with the aim of progression into employment. This is a peripatetic role which will require a blend of remote and in person delivery in London locations.

You will be based in our Shepherds Bush office with regular face to face and remote delivery across London
